Fuik Bay |
Fuik Bay is not really a beach, as more an inland lagoon, only accessible by boat. The mangrove covered shore makes for an idyllic backdrop for a private afternoon on the water. The area is adjecent the Santa Barbara Resort, where a brand new top notch Hyatt is being build. |

Director's Bay |
This undiscovered beach is part of the Caracas Bay Peninsula and is a stone throw away from the Quarentaine Building and Fortress Beekenburg. The beach is a perfect entree point for a great shore dive. This beach was used privately by the governor and his family and the Dutch royal family when they came to visit until it became public over 10 years ago. |

Baya Beach |
This public beach is located on the peninsula 'Caracas Bay' in between the historical Quarentine Building and the charming little fortress 'Beekenburg'. There is a small sunken tugboat at snorkel distance and the area behind the beach is excellent for hiking and biking. |

Caracas Bay |
Caracas Bay has always been more of a harbor than a recreational beach. Because of its sharp drop-off into the depths it is an excellent location for shore diving and fishing. Since the beach was renovated a few years ago it has become very popular with locals, who can often be seen there barbecueing into the night. |

Jan Thiel Beach |
This beach is abundant in recreation facilities and very popular, especially on the weekends. You will find here two restaurants, a large bar with weekly happy hours, catsailing (book here!), a children's waterplayground and the possibility of entering the clear water by steps. Mountain Biking Tours (book here!) and FunBugs (book here!) depart from this location. |

The Sea Aquarium Beach is part of the project which once only consisted of tropical fish aquaria. Next this beach was developed, with all the comforts that you may wish. It is in walking distance of several hotels, a dive-shop, the happy hours at Mambo Beach and Wet & Wild Beach next door and of course the Sea Aquarium with its Dolphin Academy (book here!) |

Mambo beach is part of the same strech of beach from the Sea Aquarium to Cabana Beach. All the facilities are available. The restaurant is open the entire day and serves a different menu every night. On Tuesday evenings you can enjoy a movie under the stars from a beach bed and Saturday night is the famous Disco night! |

Wet & Wild Beach Club is a cozy bar with a nice stretch of beach with all the facilities. On Friday enjoy the happy hour with the free BBQ! Sunday night Wet & Wild is the place where everyone goes crazy, with an early happy hour and dancing into the night. The beach is part of the articifial beach that stretches from Sea Aquarium to Cabana Beach. |

Cabana Beach is the part of the Sea Aquarium Beach closest toward the Breezes Hotel. It has a zen feeling, with plenty of shade and all the facilities. The restaurant offers service on the beach. At night live music from artists such as Juni Juliet livens up the ambiance. Every Friday night Disco night! |

Marie Pompoen Beach |
Marie Pompoen Beach is used mostly by the people from the neighborhood and some fishermen, who supply the two fish diners that are located there. Scuba divers can also make an excellent shore dive from this location as the water is easy to get into and the dive site is very interesting. |

This cozy beach is located next to the Hilton and the Marriott. Floris Suite Hotel uses it as their house beach. The shallow and tranquil waters make this beach ideal for families with small children. In the evening the place is transformed into an excellent restaurant with live music on Wednesdays and Sundays. |

Blue Bay Beach is part of the old 'Blauwbaai' Plantation past the Piscadera Bay inlet. The beach has all the facilities and is attractively located on a resort with 18-hole golf course. There are palm trees scattered over the beach for the necessary shadow. Blue Bay is often used for weddings and events. |
