Cancellations prior to 10 days of the tour will be refunded all amounts paid less a $10 handling fee per reservation.

Cancellations less than 10 days before the tour will forfeit the full price of the tour. We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our tour supplier's ability to run tours and to maintain their price structures. Please don't ask us to make exceptions. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Our tour suppliers reserve the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, weather conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder their ability to run a tour.

If we are unable to provide you with another trip that is satisfactory, all amounts paid will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement with you.

Curacao-Vacation.com is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets.
